La Ronde Centre East required a strong commitment, shared vision, and collaboration of all major project stake holders. It was originally operated as a regional shopping center, so the redevelopment effort required multiple Tenant Relocations to create a more optimal medical tenant mix. The project underwent a significant re-branding, infrastructure upgrades, landscaping, and an exterior remodel using the highest quality building materials.
