Peoria Medical North recognizes the growing health and wellness community need in the City of Peoria and plans to become the region’s premier medical destination. The City of Peoria’s innovative approach to community development; our plan for health and wellness, only fosters its vision for the Lake Pleasant Parkway corridor. Our area vision is to create a hub for Health and Wellness in Metro Phoenix Northwest Valley. It has been directly influenced by its connectivity to the surrounding uses including Lake Pleasant, Basis Schools, Lake Pleasant Marketplace, and its pedestrian friendly Communities. The 46,000+/- square foot medical office building utilizes a forward-thinking and modern design which will be constructed with the highest quality materials and standards. Its principal design inspiration was the concept of energy, connectivity, fluidity, and life. The project aim is to continuate and grow a reputation as an innovator and leader in the healthcare services with plans to attract and lease the proposed project to Best-in-Class Health and Wellness, STEM, and Human Development Companies. It is planned to be completed in the Fall of 2027.
